Direct sow at the end of May/early June, during a warm spell. Cold, wet soil causes the seeds to rot. Depth: 1" Spacing: 6" Germination: 6-10 days. Days to maturity for green beans: 55-65 days. Days to maturity for dry beans: 85-100 days. Full sun, well-drained soil.
