Orca Beans- 2lbs
Orca Beans are an heirloom bean, and unlike most beans, they keep their colour when cooked. As a long-ago hybrid of kidney beans, they can be used in much the same way, in chilli, soup, or stew. With their distinctive colouring, smooth creamy texture and mild flavour, they work well with many different spices.
A great source of protein, phosphorus, potassium, iron, magnesium, dietary fibre, and zinc.
