We're a small operation and we do everything by hand - including harvesting, threshing, sorting, cleaning and packaging our products. We're very conscientious, but some chaff, stones or shrivelled ones might have made it past our scrutiny. Please give beans and peas a good rinse before cooking, and remove anything that shouldn't be there.
